Kito is working through a five-year business plan that ends in fiscal 2020. We will work to maximize profit and cash flow by raising operational productivity and efficiency and broadening our product/service lines for expansion. While working to build synergy among the group firms, we are improving our supply chain, cutting costs through rationalization, expanding the product line with chain, hooks and other hoist accessories, and enhancing other proactive measures.
